Despite backing De Zerbi’s appointment, Davids expressed deep concern about the structural issues at the club, pointing to what he described as a lack of quality and poor management decisions.
The former Netherlands international suggested Tottenham’s struggles were predictable, arguing that insufficient investment in the squad has left them unable to compete at the required level.
