Beto Brace Sinks Chelsea To New Low

Chelsea have hit a new low as they were hammered 3-0 by Everton at the Hill Dickinson Stadium.

Chelsea took their first trip to Everton’s new ground at the Hill Dickinson Stadium, hoping for a good response after being hammered 3-0 by PSG in their 8-2 aggregate loss.

The response was far from what many expected as the Blues were beaten 3-0 by an Everton side that now sits two points behind them in the Premier League table.

Chelsea were lackluster and slow from the beginning and almost handed Everton a chance when Sanchez made an error. The goalkeeper was quick to cover for his mistakes.

In response, Chelsea started to grow into the game as they put Pickford to the test and created a few chances. But just as Chelsea were finally seeing daylight, Everton found the back of the net through Beto. The goal was a carbon copy of the goal the Blues conceded against Newcastle.

Just as the second half began, Chelsea once again tried to dig themselves out of the hole and pull level but Pickford was super impressive. In the 62nd minute, things went from bad to worse as the Blues conceded again.

This time, Sanchez made a very horrible error trying to save Beto’s shot and the ball squirmed past the line and into the net before the keeper could claw it out. Beto then turned provider as Everton sealed their win through a stunner from Illiman Ndiaye.

This is Chelsea’s fourth straight loss meaning they have lost six of their last twelve games. Even worse, Chelsea have conceded twelve goals in their last four games and scored only two.
