Luis Enrique’s side arrived knowing that avoiding defeat would be enough to secure the title, but the Parisians produced a disciplined display to claim all three points and seal a historic 14th French league crown.
Lens started the contest brightly and looked determined to spoil PSG’s celebrations. Wesley Saïd forced Matvey Safonov into an excellent save before Illia Zabarnyi cleared Adrien Thomasson’s follow-up effort off the line in a tense opening spell.
Despite the pressure from the hosts, PSG showed their trademark quality when Ousmane Dembele intercepted a loose pass and quickly released Khvicha Kvaratskhelia, who calmly fired a clinical finish past Robin Risser to break the deadlock.
Lens continued to push for an equaliser throughout the second half, with Safonov producing several key saves to deny Ismaila Sarr and substitute Allan Saint-Maximin as the hosts desperately searched for a way back into the game.
The home side thought they had levelled late on when Florian Thauvin found the net, but the goal was ruled out for offside, further frustrating Pierre Sage’s men after a spirited performance.
PSG eventually put the result beyond doubt in stoppage time when youngster Ibrahim Mbaye unleashed a powerful strike into the back of the net, sparking celebrations among the travelling supporters and confirming another domestic triumph for the capital club.

The title marks the first time in PSG’s history that they have won five Ligue 1 titles in a row, becoming only the second French side to achieve the feat after Lyon between 2001 and 2006. Attention will now turn to the Champions League final against Arsenal, where Luis Enrique’s side will aim to complete another memorable season with European glory.
