Juventus suffered a 2-1 friendly defeat to Inter in Perth despite promising debuts from Kerim Alajbegovic and Randal Kolo Muani.
Juventus suffered a 2-1 defeat to Inter in Perth as Federico Dimarco and Andy Diouf struck for the Nerazzurri, with Francisco Conceicao pulling one back for Luciano Spalletti’s side.
The friendly also provided the first opportunity for Juventus fans to see new signings Randal Kolo Muani and Kerim Alajbegovic in action.
Inter made the brighter start and took the lead in the opening stages. Ange-Yoan Bonny created space down the left before rolling the ball across the box, where Dimarco met it first time from around 12 yards and guided his effort into the far bottom corner.

The Nerazzurri continued to threaten as Hakan Calhanoglu tested Michele Di Gregorio with a dipping free-kick, while Henrikh Mkhitaryan also came close.
Juventus gradually grew into the game, with Kenan Yildiz firing narrowly wide and Andrea Cambiaso passing up an opportunity after being played through by Douglas Luiz.
Spalletti made several changes at half-time, giving both Kolo Muani and Alajbegovic their Juventus debuts. The teenage attacking midfielder quickly showed glimpses of why the Bianconeri moved to secure his signature, displaying confidence on the ball and looking dangerous whenever he moved into the final third.
Inter doubled their advantage through Diouf, although Di Gregorio will not want to see the goal again. The midfielder found space between Juan Cabal and Teun Koopmeiners before firing towards the near post, with the Juventus goalkeeper fumbling the effort and allowing it to slip underneath him.
Juventus finally found a way back into the contest through Conceicao. The Portuguese winger combined with Fabio Miretti before bursting down the left and firing a low effort through Josep Martinez.
Alajbegovic then came close to an equaliser, forcing the Inter goalkeeper into a save after being set up by Kolo Muani.
The result ultimately went Inter’s way, but Juventus could take encouragement from the performances of their new arrivals. Alajbegovic looked lively and ambitious during his first appearance, while Kolo Muani showed flashes of the qualities Juventus hope will make his permanent return a success.
