Despite that comfortable lead, Luis Enrique has warned his players not to underestimate Liverpool, highlighting the unpredictable nature of football and the dangers of complacency in high-stakes matches.
The Spanish coach pointed to Liverpool’s history of dramatic European comebacks as a reason for caution, stressing that even a single early goal could shift the momentum of the tie. While PSG could adopt a more defensive approach to protect their advantage, Luis Enrique made it clear that his side will stick to their attacking philosophy and aim to win the match.
🚨 Luis Enrique: “For me, it’s a trap match tomorrow night”.
