Andre Onana is not part of Manchester United’s plans for next season after Senne Lammens’ excellent season and the club are looking to offload him in the summer.
Onana went on loan to Trabzonspor in Turkey last summer after losing his place in the squad. His replacement, 23-year-old Lammens, has looked far more comfortable in goal for United than the 30-year-old veteran and helped United to a third-place finish this season.
The club are open to signing a backup goalkeeper this summer to support Lammens as United compete in four fronts again next season. Current backup goalkeeper Altay Bayindir attracted interest from Besiktas in January and could be on his way out in the summer.
Onana joined United from Inter Milan in 2023 for £43.8m under former manager Erik ten Hag and made 102 appearances for the club before leaving on loan to Trabzonspor.
