Al-Hilal considers signing Arsenal target Benjamin Sesko from RB Leipzig, meeting the £77m asking price, as the Gunners focus on Viktor Gyokeres.

Al-Hilal is seriously considering a move for Benjamin Sesko, who is valued at around £77 million (€90 million).

The Saudi Pro League club has turned its attention to Sesko after other targets turned them down. With Arsenal appearing to have withdrawn interest in Sesko, Al-Hilal sees an opportunity to sign the 22-year-old Slovenian.

Sesko has been a target for Arsenal, but the Gunners have been unwilling to meet their £77m asking price. Instead, they have moved on to pursue Sporting CP’s Viktor Gyokeres. Al-Hilal, however, is ready to meet Leipzig’s demands, but it remains to be seen whether Sesko is open to joining the Saudi club.

The 22-year-old striker’s future is uncertain, with Sesko reportedly wanting to join Arsenal.

However, agreeing on personal terms has proven tricky for the Gunners, and it seems unlikely he will make the move to the North London club this summer. Sesko’s decision will depend on various factors, including the appeal of Al-Hilal’s offer and the club’s vision for the future.

Arsenal’s pursuit of Gyokeres is also ongoing, with negotiations between the two clubs making progress.

The Gunners want to pay an initial €65m as a fixed fee with €5m plus €10m in add-ons, but Sporting CP is demanding at least €70m as a fixed package with €10m in add-ons. A compromise is likely to be reached in the coming days, which could impact Sesko’s chances of joining Arsenal.
