Chelsea pulled off an incredible comeback, overturning a two-goal half-time deficit to beat West Ham 3-2 in a thrilling London derby at Stamford Bridge.

But the Chelsea boss made three key substitutions at halftime, bringing on Joao Pedro, Wesley Fofana, and Marc Cucurella, which completely changed the game.
The second half was a different story, with Chelsea dominating possession and creating chances. Pedro headed home a Fofana cross to pull one back, and then Cucurella equalized with a diving header after a scramble in the box.
The hosts pushed for the winner, and it was Enzo Fernandez who delivered in stoppage time, turning home a Pedro cross to seal the comeback win. It was a dramatic finish to a game that had plenty of twists and turns.
