Harry Kane has fuelled speculation about extending his Bayern Munich contract beyond 2027 after expressing his happiness at the club and his ambition to win trophies.
Harry Kane has offered Bayern Munich supporters fresh optimism over his long-term future, with the England captain openly discussing the possibility of extending his contract beyond its current 2027 expiry date.
Speculation has grown in recent weeks as Kane approaches the latter stages of his deal, but the 32-year-old appeared relaxed and positive when addressing the topic during a Bayern fan club event on Sunday, as reported by German football outlets.
The striker made it clear how settled he feels in Munich, highlighting the bond he has already built with the club’s supporters. He admitted that the atmosphere and backing from the fans have only strengthened his commitment to Bayern.
“Obviously, there will be a lot of talk now about my contract. I’m really enjoying it here,” Kane said. “Right now, I can’t imagine being anywhere else. And days like this reinforce that when I see the support from the fans.”
When pressed on whether he could remain with Bayern beyond 2027, Kane left little room for doubt. He confirmed that staying longer is a genuine option and that discussions will eventually take place.
“That is absolutely possible! One hundred percent,” he explained. “Talks will have to take place. That will happen. My focus right now is on this season. But at the moment, there is nowhere I’d rather be.”
Beyond contract matters, Kane also outlined his ambitions with the German champions, underlining his hunger for silverware after a strong start to the campaign.
“I want to win all three trophies with Bayern,” he said. “We had a great start, it’s going very, very well. We have hard work ahead of us, but I’m very confident.”
