AC Milan is expected to make a new attempt to sign Juventus striker Dusan Vlahovic in the January transfer window.

AC Milan is gearing up to make another bid for Juventus striker Dusan Vlahovic in the January transfer window.

Vlahovic’s future at Juventus seems all but decided, with the Serbia international set to leave Turin on a free transfer in June. AC Milan has been long-time admirers of the Juventus star and previously attempted to sign him in the summer transfer window.

The Rossoneri are aware that securing a deal with Vlahovic won’t be easy, particularly given his hefty salary demands. Vlahovic currently earns €12 million including add-ons for the final year of his contract in Turin and is unwilling to accept a pay cut for his fixed salary.

Reports suggest he has demanded a €10 million signing bonus and a €10 million-a-year salary, plus add-ons, which may be a hurdle in negotiations.

Despite these challenges, AC Milan remains interested in Vlahovic, with coach Massimiliano Allegri reportedly keen on reuniting with the Serbian striker. Allegri believes Vlahovic can bring significant value to the team, and Milan may revisit the Vlahovic option.

Inter is also reportedly considering signing Vlahovic on a free transfer at the end of the season, adding competition to Milan’s pursuit. Vlahovic’s situation has sparked interest from multiple clubs, but his salary demands and contract expiration in June 2026 complicate potential transfers.
