Dusan Vlahovic is increasingly open to joining AC Milan, with talks between his agent and Milan’s sporting director, Igli Tare, heating up. Juventus wants €25m for the striker, but Milan is hesitant to meet the demand.

Dusan Vlahovic’s future at Juventus seems uncertain as he becomes increasingly open to joining AC Milan.

The Serbian striker’s agent, Darko Ristic, has been in frequent contact with Milan’s sporting director, Igli Tare, discussing a potential move. Vlahovic’s entourage is considering the Rossoneri option, especially with Massimiliano Allegri at the helm, who previously worked with Vlahovic at Juventus.

The talks between Juventus and Vlahovic’s agent have reached a stalemate, with the club hoping to sell him to limit financial damage.

Juventus want at least €25m for Vlahovic, but Milan is hesitant to meet the demand, considering a lower transfer fee or a free transfer since Vlahovic’s contract expires in June 2026. Additionally, Vlahovic would need to accept a significant salary cut, from €12m to €6m plus bonuses.

Milan’s interest in Vlahovic is driven by Allegri, who sees him as a perfect fit for a three-man attack alongside Christian Pulisic and Rafael Leao.

Despite the challenges in landing Bayer Leverkusen’s Victor Boniface, who is asking for at least €40m, Milan is prioritizing Vlahovic’s signing. The club is also exploring alternative options, including Monaco’s Breel Embolo.

Vlahovic’s situation at Juventus has been a subject of debate, with the striker earning €12m net in the final year of his contract. His agent is pushing for an early termination of the contract without giving up a generous severance package, including €5m for the player and €5m for the agent.

However, Juventus wants Vlahovic to accept one of the incoming offers before discussing such figures.

The tug-of-war between Juventus and Vlahovic has been ongoing, with the club trying to find a solution that doesn’t leave Vlahovic sitting out for the final year of his contract. Meanwhile, Milan is waiting out the stalemate but won’t wait forever, considering the urgency to strengthen their attack.

With Jonathan David already signed, Milan are still exploring options for another striker, including Randal Kolo Muani, despite difficulties in reaching a loan deal with PSG. Vlahovic’s potential move to Milan would be a significant coup for the Rossoneri, and Allegri is keen on reuniting with the Serbian striker.
