Chelsea will be without two key players when they face Arsenal this weekend in the Premier League.
Chelsea dropped points in back-to-back Premier League games against Leeds United and Burnley. They are now level on points with sixth-placed Liverpool and three points behind Manchester United in fourth place.
To close this game and avoid falling off a potential UCL spot, Chelsea will host Arsenal in a tie that doesn’t just affect their UCL hopes but change the shape of the Premier League title race.
However, Chelsea have been dealt a huge blow ahead of that game as two key players are set to be out of the squad.
Fofana will miss the Arsenal game due to a suspension for his red card against Burnley. Fofana got sent off with a second booking in the 1-1 draw to Burnley, meaning Rosenior will have to rely on a young defender in this high-stakes clash.
The second player is Estevao. The young Brazilian has been in and out of the team for a while and he will be out again for the Arsenal clash as he is currently dealing with a hamstring injury.

Rosenior confirmed this after the Burnley game. Chelsea are however unsure on how long it would take for him to get back to full fitness.
