Tottenham’s chances of signing Monaco star Maghnes Akliouche could fade as the club struggles in the Premier League while interest from top European teams continues to grow.

Maghnes Akliouche continues to enhance his reputation in European football, but Tottenham Hotspur may find it increasingly difficult to secure the talented midfielder’s signature.

The Monaco playmaker’s rising profile has attracted interest from several elite clubs across the continent. The 24-year-old showcased his ability once again when he scored in AS Monaco FC’s impressive 3-1 victory over Paris Saint-Germain.

Tottenham have closely monitored Akliouche throughout the season and have long admired his attacking qualities. The North London club considered making a move for the midfielder during both the summer and January transfer windows but ultimately decided against submitting a formal offer.

Despite their hesitation, Spurs are still believed to be evaluating a potential move during the upcoming summer transfer window. The club views Akliouche as a possible addition who could strengthen their creative options in midfield and attack.

However, Tottenham’s difficult domestic campaign may complicate any attempt to secure his signature. The club currently faces the threat of relegation from the Premier League, a situation that could make it harder to attract top talents.

Meanwhile, Akliouche’s performances have drawn interest from several other English clubs. Manchester City and Arsenal are among the Premier League sides reportedly monitoring the Monaco star’s progress.

Interest also extends beyond England, with major European clubs following his development. Both Bayern Munich and Inter Milan are said to be keeping a close watch on the talented midfielder as competition for his signature intensifies.
