Tottenham have agreed to loan out young defender Luka Vuskovic to Hamburg, while midfielder Yves Bissouma is set to join Galatasaray in a loan deal with an obligation to buy.

Tottenham have agreed to loan out young defender Luka Vuskovic to Hamburg, a move that will give the 18-year-old valuable first-team experience.

Vuskovic officially joined Spurs this summer, but the club has decided that a loan move would be beneficial for his development. The deal is a straight loan, with no option to make it permanent next summer.

Tottenham still have business in the transfer window as the club is prioritising bringing in a No. 10 and a winger. Spurs are likely to explore signing a new defender, especially with Radu Dragusin still out with an ACL injury and Kota Takai dealing with a foot issue.

Kevin Danso and Ben Davies will provide cover in the heart of defence, but Spurs may look to strengthen their defensive options. The need for a new defender has increased with Vuskovic’s departure, and Spurs may look to sign a player who can provide depth and quality to the squad.

Meanwhile, Spurs are in talks with Galatasaray over a potential move for midfielder Yves Bissouma. The 28-year-old is out of contract at Spurs next summer and is not in Frank’s plans. Bissouma is believed to be keen on the move, and discussions are being held over a loan deal with an obligation to buy.

Bissouma’s departure would not be a surprise, given his limited playing time under Frank. He started just one match in pre-season and was dropped for the UEFA Super Cup against Paris Saint-Germain after being repeatedly late. The midfielder has not featured in the squad for the first two Premier League matches due to an injury.
