Tottenham Hotspur secured a 1-0 away win against Eintracht Frankfurt, progressing to the Europa League semi-finals with a 2-1 aggregate score. Dominic Solanke’s first-half penalty proved decisive in a match characterized by solid defensive performances and resilience.

Coming into this fixture, Tottenham fans had very little hope in the tactics of Ange Postecoglou. The fans just wondered if any surprises could happen in this match, and Postecoglou delivered.

By showing commitment and resilience, Spurs managed a 1-0 win over a very impressive Frankfurt side.

The victory marks Tottenham’s return to a European semi-final for the first time since their Champions League final appearance six years ago.

They will face Bodø/Glimt in the next round, with the first leg scheduled for May 1.

For a brief moment, Spurs fans can hope for silverware. This one feels winnable, and Ange Postecoglou will do everything in his power to prove that he is the one to lead the squad despite rumours of Pochettino coming back to the club. This semifinal is a chance for Tottenham to break their trophy “curse”, and fans hope that their efforts won’t be in vain this time around.
