Tottenham Hotspur manager Thomas Frank is confident he can turn things around at the North London club, but emphasizes the need for everyone to work together towards a common goal.

Thomas Frank has expressed his confidence in fixing the team’s current situation, but stressed that it won’t be a solo effort.

His side is set to host Premier League champions Liverpool on Saturday, looking to bounce back from a 3-0 loss at Nottingham Forest last weekend.

The Dane’s comments come after a tough run for Spurs, with only one win in their last seven Premier League games, leaving them 11th in the standings. Frank’s home record has been particularly disappointing, with just two wins from eight games at their stadium, often accompanied by boos from the fans.

Frank acknowledged that 10% of fans will always question the head coach, but believes there’s a bigger group with a broader perspective. He’s focused on building a strong team with key people in the right positions, citing his own analytical skills as a strength.

The manager is adamant that success requires alignment and teamwork, saying, “When this club comes out on top, there will be a lot of good people working together, aligned at the same time through the years.”

Frank is also respectful of Liverpool’s threat, despite their struggles this season. “If you’re not respectful of a team that won the Premier League and what kind of threat they pose, then I think you don’t do well,” he said.
