Serge Gnabry and Josip Stanišić are expected to return from injury just in time for Bayern Munich’s game against Gladbach on Saturday.
Bayern Munich is set to welcome back two players from injuries for their away game against Gladbach on Saturday.
Serge Gnabry and Josip Stanišić have completed their final training session with the team without any issues, and both are expected to be in the squad for tomorrow’s game.
Gnabry was unavailable for the big win against Dortmund and midweek’s Champions League victory over Club Brugge due to an adductor injury. The German international had an electrifying start to the campaign with six direct goal involvements in as many league games.
Stanišić suffered an inner ligament injury in the first Champions League matchday against Chelsea. His return will provide a boost to Bayern Munich’s defense.
Alphonso Davies and Jamal Musiala are also on the right track to return from long-term injuries. Davies has been working towards a return after suffering a serious ACL injury, while Musiala is recovering from a leg and ankle injury.
Gnabry’s return will provide a boost to Bayern Munich’s attack, while Stanišić’s return will strengthen the defense. Both players are expected to make a significant impact in the game against Gladbach.
