Real Madrid are considering sending Endrick out on loan this season to ensure he gets regular playing time, but the young Brazilian striker remains intent on staying at the club to fight for his place.

The 19-year-old officially joined Madrid last summer from Palmeiras for a fee that could rise to €72m.

Despite his transfer cost, Endrick has found minutes hard to come by. He faces even tougher competition next season with Kylian Mbappe and Vinicius Junior leading the line while academy product Gonzalo Garcia has emerged as a trusted backup option after impressing during Madrid’s Club World Cup campaign..

The club have discussed the possibility of loaning Endrick to another La Liga side where he could adapt to the Spanish game and get consistent minutes. But the player is said to be reluctant to leave, with his camp pointing to the example of Vinicius, who also struggled initially but eventually broke through after choosing to remain in Madrid.

Endrick scored five goals in six Copa del Rey matches last season but only featured sparingly in La Liga, where he scored just one goal in 22 appearances. He is currently recovering from a hamstring injury and is targeting a return to full training in September.
