Chelsea winger Raheem Sterling was attacked at his Berkshire home, with him and his family present.
Raheem Sterling, the Chelsea winger, and his family were victims of a home burglary in Berkshire last weekend. The 30-year-old was with his partner, Paige Milian, and their children when intruders entered their luxury property around 5:30 pm GMT on Saturday.
The robbers were disturbed, and Sterling reportedly confronted them, causing them to flee without stealing anything. Sterling’s representative confirmed the incident, stating that the family is safe but shaken.
This is not the first time burglars have targeted Sterling’s home. In December 2022, his Surrey home was broken into, and jewellery and watches worth £300,000 were stolen. He had to fly back from the World Cup in Qatar to be with his family.
Sterling has had a tough time with his club situation at Chelsea, being frozen out by boss Enzo Maresca and training away from the first-team squad. He spent last season on loan at Arsenal but didn’t impress enough to secure a permanent move.
Thames Valley Police are investigating the incident and asking for information from anyone who may have seen suspicious activity in the area.
