FullTime Herald/X

Tottenham Hotspur’s attempt to sign Senny Mayulu has been rejected, with PSG viewing the 19-year-old as a future star. Chelsea and Manchester City are also interested in the talented midfielder.

Tottenham Hotspur made a late move to sign Senny Mayulu, but PSG has made it clear that they are not willing to sell the 19-year-old midfielder. Mayulu is considered one of PSG’s most promising young players, and the club sees him as a star of their future.

Despite having two years left on his contract, PSG is not prepared to consider any sale, making it unlikely that Mayulu will leave the club anytime soon.

Mayulu has been impressive in his appearances for PSG, scoring seven goals and providing four assists in 44 matches.

Last season, he made 34 appearances, scoring six goals and registering three assists. His standout performance in the Champions League final against Inter Milan, where he scored in PSG’s 5-0 win, has drawn attention from top clubs like Chelsea and Manchester City.

Chelsea and Manchester City have been tracking Mayulu’s progress, and both clubs are interested in signing him. However, PSG’s determination to retain Mayulu’s services makes it challenging for any club to sign him in the near future. Tottenham’s enquiry about Mayulu’s availability was reportedly a hopeful approach rather than a realistic push, given PSG’s stance on selling him.

PSG has a strong start to the 2025/26 season, winning all three of their Ligue 1 matches. Mayulu has been a part of this success, starting in some matches and providing crucial contributions. With PSG’s upcoming fixtures, including matches against RC Lens and Atalanta BC, Mayulu’s role in the team is expected to continue growing.
