PSG owner Nasser Al-Khelaifi has warned Juventus that he’ll ‘remember’ their methods after talks for Randal Kolo Muani’s return to Turin collapsed.

A furious Nasser Al-Khelaifi, PSG’s owner, has reportedly warned Juventus that he’ll “remember” their methods after negotiations for Randal Kolo Muani’s return to Turin fell apart. The two clubs had been in talks for several weeks after Kolo Muani spent the second half of the 2024-25 season on loan at Juventus.

However, they couldn’t agree on the transfer package and fee, leading Juventus to sign Lois Openda from RB Leipzig instead.

Kolo Muani had given priority to a return to Juventus, where he scored 10 goals in 22 appearances across all competitions in 2024-25.

His impressive performance sparked interest from several top clubs, including Chelsea and Arsenal, who were reportedly interested in signing him. Despite this, Kolo Muani’s heart was set on returning to Juventus.

The collapse of the deal seems to have left a sour taste in Al-Khelaifi’s mouth, who reportedly lost patience with Juventus directors during the negotiations.

According to reports, Al-Khelaifi told Juventus directors, “You’ve been messing with us for several weeks; this ends now. You won’t get your day with me. I’ll remember your methods; you can count on that.”

After the talks collapsed, Al-Khelaifi reportedly urged Kolo Muani’s agent to find a solution for his client. This led to Kolo Muani joining Tottenham on deadline day. The French media outlet L’Equipe had previously reported that PSG was unhappy with Juventus’ attitude during the negotiations.

It’s worth noting that Juventus had been warned that Kolo Muani has other options, and the club’s inability to secure his signature may be due to their failure to meet his demands or PSG’s asking price.

PSG had reportedly been looking to sell Kolo Muani permanently for around €45 million or send him out on loan with an obligation to buy clause.
