PSG are reportedly monitoring Chelsea midfielder Enzo Fernandez ahead of a possible summer move, though the Blues are not keen to sell their Argentine star.
PSG are reportedly keeping a close eye on Enzo Fernández as they consider a potential move for the Chelsea midfielder during the upcoming summer transfer window.
Fernández proved his value once again during Chelsea’s 5-2 defeat to PSG in the Champions League, producing one of the standout performances for the visitors at the Parc des Princes. The Argentine midfielder scored in the 57th minute and also provided the assist for Malo Gusto’s earlier goal.
His strong display has only increased speculation about his future, with several top European clubs reportedly monitoring his situation. Among those believed to be interested are Real Madrid, who have previously been linked with the midfielder.
Fernández has been one of Chelsea’s most consistent performers this season, contributing both goals and creativity from midfield. The 25-year-old has already scored 12 goals across all competitions, highlighting his growing influence in the team.
Despite the growing transfer rumours, Chelsea are understood to have no intention of selling their star midfielder. The club invested heavily to sign him from SL Benfica in 2023 for a record fee of £106.8 million.
Reports suggest that any club hoping to even begin negotiations would have to offer a fee higher than that amount. Such a price tag could make PSG think carefully before making a formal move, even though their interest remains strong.
For now, Fernández is said to be fully focused on his role at Stamford Bridge. With six years still remaining on his contract, Chelsea remain in a strong position as they look to keep hold of one of their most important players.
