The UEFA Super Cup final will see Tottenham take on PSG at Stadio Friuli in Udine, Italy.

The Super Cup final between PSG and Tottenham is expected to be a tough affair as both teams are coming into the game looking to make a statement.

PSG who ran out 5-0 winners against Inter Milan in the Champions League final, were humiliated in the Club World Cup final against Chelsea. Despite losing only one game in the competition, they were a shadow of their usual selves in the final. They were battered by Chelsea. 

This Super Cup final is their chance to redeem themselves. The Parisians haven’t been in action since that final, and they would be looking to put on a show today, showing the world that they still have their fire.

Should Tottenham fans be scared? I think that if any club finished 16th in the Premier League and scraped a win against Manchester United in the Europa League final, and they were to play this PSG side, they should be scared. 

While the challenge ahead looks daunting, Vicario and new Spurs manager Thomas Frank believe Tottenham fans can expect an exciting game. Frank believes his team can play at the highest level, and he expects a good game. Frank will be on the spotlight as many Spurs will be watching how he can set up the team tactically against the more proven Luis Enrique. 

Vicario is also pushing his teammates to be at their best in the final. He says the team should replicate their European success today.
