PSG’s Ballon d’Or winner Ousmane Dembélé is back in the squad for the Champions League match against Bayer Leverkusen, after recovering from a hamstring injury.

Ousmane Dembélé is poised to make his return to Paris St Germain’s lineup for their upcoming Champions League match against Bayer Leverkusen.

The Ballon d’Or winner has been named in the defending champions’ squad, alongside centre back Marquinhos, who is also making a comeback from a thigh injury.

Dembélé picked up a hamstring injury on September 5 and has yet to play in the Champions League this season. His return is a significant boost to PSG, who are currently third in the 36-team league after winning their first two games.

Marquinhos, who has been out with a thigh injury, is also back in the squad, providing a welcome addition to PSG’s defense.

The team will be looking to secure a third consecutive win in the Champions League, after dominating Atalanta and FC Barcelona in their previous matches.

PSG coach Luis Enrique has included Dembélé and Marquinhos in the 21-man squad for the match against Bayer Leverkusen. The team will be traveling to Germany on Monday morning to prepare for the big match.
