Olympiacos and Bayer Leverkusen meet again in the UCL playoffs after the Greek side won 2-0 during their meeting in the league phase.
Olympiacos will be hoping they can replicate their earlier success against Bayer Leverkusen when they meet during the playoffs. Both sides met during the UCL league phase on matchday seven, with Olympiacos winning 2-0.
The Greek side hasn’t been in form recently, losing two consecutive games without scoring a goal, but they will come into this game with the belief that if they beat Leverkusen before, they can do it again.
Leverkusen, on the other hand, will come into the game with the confidence from their 4-0 trashing of St. Pauli. The German team managed to secure a 15th-placed finish in the UCL, and with a newfound domestic form, the team would be hoping to get the advantage in the first leg.
