Napoli are set to ramp up negotiations with Fenerbahce and Moroccan striker Youssef En-Nesyri after today’s AFCON final between Morocco and Senegal.
Fenerbahce is open to discussing a loan deal for En-Nesyri, but is seeking at least €5m for the temporary transfer until the end of the season. Napoli is also eyeing Roma striker Evan Ferguson, but his departure hinges on Roma’s attacking reinforcements.
En-Nesyri has impressed with seven goals in 15 Turkish league appearances this season. He has made six substitute appearances for Morocco in the 2025 AFCON.
Napoli’s interest in En-Nesyri comes as they look to strengthen their squad. The Moroccan striker’s versatility and goal-scoring ability make him an attractive prospect.
En-Nesyri’s current form and experience could be a valuable asset for Napoli. With Fenerbahce open to a loan deal, Napoli might secure his services if they meet the asking price.
Other clubs, including Everton, have also expressed interest in En-Nesyri. However, Napoli’s determination to sign him could give them an edge in the negotiations.
The outcome of the AFCON Final might influence En-Nesyri’s decision, but Napoli is pushing forward with talks. We’ll have to wait and see if they can secure his signature.
