Chelsea have suffered another injury blow as Liam Delap was forced off in the game against Fulham.

Chelsea secured a 2-0 win over Fulham, but it came at a cost as Liam Delap suffered a hamstring injury in the first fifteen minutes of the game. Delap was pulled out of the game and replaced by Tyrique George.

Chelsea already have injury issues with Palmer and Lavia, and this is a big blow to the team. There are rumours that Nicolas Jackson could be called back to the club to fill Delap’s position despite agreeing a deal with Bayern Munich.

Enzo Maresca added that the club doesn’t know how long Delap would be out, and they would assess it, but he could be out for a month or even more.
