United have turned down offers from several clubs for the player
Harry Maguire has made it clear he intends to remain at Manchester United despite receiving approaches from multiple clubs in England and abroad.
The 32-year-old defender, who joined United from Leicester City in 2019 for £80m, has drawn interest from several clubs across Europe. But he has indicated he is settled in Manchester and fully focused on United’s new project under Ruben Amorim.
United have so far rejected all approaches for the player, viewing Maguire as a valuable squad member.
After losing the club captaincy in 2023 under Erik ten Hag and coming close to a move to West Ham, Maguire has worked his way back into the starting XI, regaining the confidence of both the managerial staff and fans with a string of impressive performances.
Sources close to the player suggest he is targeting a contract extension that would take him beyond his current deal, which runs until June 2026. It is understood that he would be open to seeing out his career at Old Trafford if given the opportunity.
There is no official confirmation of talks, but both parties are understood to be on the same page.
