Arsenal continued their winning streak in the Champions League as they beat Club Brugge 3-1 in Bruges.
Arsenal have surely secured their spot in the knockout stage of the Champions League after beating Club Brugge 3-1.
The Gunners also extended their winning streak to 6 games in the UCL, beating every team in their path since the start of the competition.
At kick-off, Club Brugge looked like they would ruffle the feathers of an Arsenal side that have been plagued with injury but as the game grew, Arsenal showed why they are one of the best teams in Europe.
Arsenal hit the bar through Hincapie as Club Brugge’s defence felt difficult. However, Madueke’s solo effort put the Gunners ahead. His long-range shot clipped the bottom of the bar and gave Arsenal the lead.
Club Brugge tried to get back in the game but Raya made save after save to keep the Gunners lead alive.
The second half was where Arsenal killed the game off. Madueke scored a brace to extend the Gunners lead.
Martinelli was also pushing up the wing and he scored a wonder goal to make it 3-0.
Arsenal have now won all available points in the UCL and now have one foot in the knockout stages.
