Luis Enrique has warned Chelsea that his team is chasing history in the Club World Cup final, despite being favorites to win.

The Club World Cup final is set to be a thrilling encounter between PSG and Chelsea, with the two teams facing off at the MetLife Stadium.

PSG boss Luis Enrique has issued a warning to Chelsea, saying that his team is determined to make history by winning the tournament. Despite being red-hot favorites, Enrique has cautioned his players against taking Chelsea lightly.

“We have the chance, with the last game of the season, to win another one, with the Club World Cup,” Enrique said. “But it is essential that we are conscious of the difficulty of the game.” He praised Maresca’s playing style, saying that Chelsea has a lot of good individual players and a real sense of duty.

Enrique’s warning comes despite PSG’s impressive form this season. The team has already won the Champions League, and they are looking to round off an unforgettable season with another trophy.

However, Enrique knows that Chelsea will be a tough opponent, and he has warned his players to be prepared for a difficult game.

“Chelsea won the Conference League, they finished fourth in the league, they are growing a lot,” Enrique said.

“They have great players, technical players, and a great coach who I like a lot because of how they try to play from deep, always press, always want to attack.” Enrique’s comments show that he has a deep respect for Chelsea and their abilities.

PSG defender Marquinhos added to the excitement, saying that the team is very much aware of the importance of the match. “We are very much aware of the importance of this match,” Marquinhos said. “It is a golden opportunity for us. This is a tournament that will be held every four years, and we don’t know if we will have another chance.”

Maresca, on the other hand, was complimentary towards Enrique, saying that he used him as a reference in his career. “Luis Enrique is a reference not only for me but for all of the people who love football,” Maresca said. “At the same time, [for our style], I think we have shown this season how we want to do things on and off the ball.”
