Manchester United are reportedly in talks with Borussia Dortmund forward Karim Adeyemi’s agent, Jorge Mendes, amid contract extension negotiations.

Karim Adeyemi’s agent, Jorge Mendes, has reportedly held talks with Manchester United, fueling speculation about the German forward’s future. Adeyemi’s contract with Borussia Dortmund is set to expire in 2027, and negotiations for an extension have stalled, with the player seeking a release clause.

Dortmund is hesitant to include a release clause, with a reported minimum value of €80 million. Adeyemi’s request has led to tensions with the club, and Manchester United is now seen as a potential destination.

Adeyemi has made 19 appearances for Dortmund this season, scoring three goals and providing five assists. His impressive performances have caught Manchester United’s attention, with Ruben Amorim looking to strengthen his attacking lineup.

The club has recently signed several forwards, including Matheus Cunha, Bryan Mbeumo, and Benjamin Sesko, but still sees room for improvement.

Adeyemi’s versatility is a major asset, as he can play on the wings or as a striker. His experience in the Bundesliga and Champions League makes him an attractive prospect for Manchester United.

The transfer window is still open, and Manchester United may make a move for Adeyemi in January or next summer, depending on the outcome of negotiations with Dortmund.
