Juventus are reportedly considering a summer move for Tottenham defender Djed Spence as the Italian giants look to strengthen their full-back options.

Juventus are reportedly exploring the possibility of signing Djed Spence from Tottenham Hotspur during the upcoming summer transfer window. The Italian club are looking to strengthen their full-back options as part of their squad planning for next season.

Reports from Italy suggest that Juventus have identified the defensive flanks as one of their priority areas for reinforcement. The club is currently assessing several potential targets who could provide depth and quality in the full-back position.

Among the names previously linked with the Turin side are Michael Kayode of Brentford and Zeki Çelik of AS Roma, who could potentially become available on a free transfer.

However, the latest reports indicate that Spence has now emerged as another option on Juventus’ shortlist. The right-back is already familiar to the club’s sporting director Marco Ottolini from their time together at Genoa CFC.

Ottolini previously helped bring Spence to Genoa on loan with an option to buy during the 2024 January transfer window. During his time in Italy, the defender made 16 appearances in Serie A during the second half of the 2023–24 season.

At present, there have been no formal negotiations between Juventus and Tottenham regarding a transfer. Nevertheless, reports suggest that Spurs could demand a transfer fee in the region of €30 million to allow the defender to leave.

Such a fee would represent a significant investment for Juventus, particularly for a full-back. As a result, the club may need to sell players before finalising any deal, with Pierre Kalulu mentioned as one of the potential departures to help fund a move.
