Juventus are working to extend Kenan Yildiz’s contract, offering a significant pay rise and a new deal until 2030

Juventus are eager to secure the future of rising star, Kenan Yildiz, by extending his contract until 2030. The 20-year-old striker’s current deal runs out in 2029, but the club has been working on a new agreement for months.

According to reports, Juventus has planned to offer Yildiz a fixed salary of at least €3.5 million per season, which will increase to €4-5 million plus add-ons in the coming years.

Yildiz currently earns €1.5 million per season, but with this new contract, he would become one of the highest-paid players in the team, after Dusan Vlahovic, Gleison Bremer, and Jonathan David. Vlahovic is set to earn €12 million in the final year of his contract, while David and Bremer’s salaries are close to €6 million per season.

The new contract could also include an option to extend until 2031. This move is seen as a strategic decision by the club to build their future around young talent and prevent potential transfers to rival teams.

Juventus directors are expected to meet with Yildiz’s father, Engin, who is currently the player’s representative, later this month. The meeting might take place between Juventus’ home games against Inter on September 13 and Borussia Dortmund on September 16. 

Yildiz’s impressive performances have caught the attention of several top European clubs, including Arsenal and Chelsea, but Juventus has made it clear that they are unwilling to sell him at any price. By extending his contract, Juventus aims to reassure fans and investors that Yildiz is a key part of their plans for the future.
