Inter Milan defeated Olympiacos 2-0 in a pre-season friendly match, with Federico Dimarco scoring and suffering an injury, while Marcus Thuram sealed the win.

Inter Milan emerged victorious in their final pre-season friendly match, defeating Olympiacos 2-0 at the Stadio San Nicola in Bari, Italy. The match saw over 40,000 spectators cheering on the teams as they battled it out on the pitch.

The game’s opening moments saw former Como midfielder Gabriel Strefezza drill a shot just wide, but Inter Milan quickly took the lead. Marcus Thuram’s first-time pass sent Lautaro Martinez forward, who then found Federico Dimarco for a precise angled drive, securing the Nerazzurri’s opening goal.

However, Dimarco’s promising performance was cut short when he sustained a thigh injury and limped off the field after just 29 minutes. Luis Henrique replaced him, and Inter Milan continued to press for more goals.

Lautaro Martinez had a couple of scoring opportunities, but it was Thuram who sealed the win for Inter Milan. He met the rebound from a parried Denzel Dumfries effort, doubling Inter’s lead and securing a 2-0 victory.
