Morocco has announced its 28-man squad for the upcoming Africa Cup of Nations (AFCON) 2025, with injured defender Achraf Hakimi leading the team despite his ongoing recovery from an ankle injury.

Coach Walid Regragui has expressed confidence in Hakimi’s ability to recover in time for the tournament, highlighting his importance to the Morocco national tea. both on and off the pitch.
