Chelsea face Wolves in the EFL Cup, and Maresca has mentioned that he will rest some key players.

Ahead of the EFL Cup Clash at Molineux, Chelsea manager Enzo Maresca has admitted that he will make some changes to his starting lineup.

Already, he has confirmed that Liam Delap is back from injury and could feature for a small portion of the game. He also added that Caicedo,  Fernandez, and Joao Pedro could be rested after their off-beat performance vs Sunderland at the weekend.

Malo Gusto also returns to the squad after serving a one-game suspension for the red card against Nottingham Forest, and he could be back in the starting eleven.

Chelsea’s aim is to avoid another defeat, especially against a Wolves side that has been disappointing this season.

Chelsea Predicted XI

Jorgensen; Gusto, Fofana, Tosin, Hato; Lavia, Santos; Estevao, Buonanotte, Gittens; Delap.
