Serhou Guirassy is looking to leave Borussia Dortmund at the end of the season. 

Guirassy is keen on securing one final big contract, and his current deal with Dortmund runs until 2028.

Guirassy’s brother and agent reportedly offered him to Saudi Arabian clubs last year, and interest from the region remains. The player has a €50 million release clause in his contract, applicable to select top European clubs.

Dortmund would likely demand around €80 million from clubs not eligible for the release clause, such as those in Saudi Arabia. Guirassy’s recent form has been impressive, scoring five times in his last three appearances.

The striker’s desire to leave is reportedly driven by his ambition to sign one more significant contract. Clubs like Barcelona, Chelsea, and Manchester United are among those that can trigger his release clause.

Barcelona’s Hansi Flick has reportedly identified Guirassy as a potential replacement for Robert Lewandowski. Guirassy’s current market value is estimated at €45 million.

Guirassy’s contract situation has sparked interest from various top clubs. His impressive performances, including a hat-trick against Barcelona in the Champions League last season, have caught the attention of several teams.
