PSG is set to welcome back Ousmane Dembele and Desire Doue from injury, giving Luis Enrique’s side a much-needed boost ahead of their Ligue 1 clash against Strasbourg.

Paris Saint-Germain (PSG) have good news as French duo Ousmane Dembele and Desire Doue are nearing their return from injury.

Dembele, the Ballon d’Or winner, has resumed collective training after recovering from a severe right hamstring injury, and could be back in the squad as early as Friday’s Ligue 1 home clash against Strasbourg.

Doue, who had been sidelined with a calf injury, has also returned to training and is expected to be part of the squad for the Strasbourg game.

The return of these two key players will undoubtedly give PSG a much-needed lift, especially after struggling with injuries early in the season.

With Dembele and Doue back in the fold, Luis Enrique will have more options to choose from, allowing him to adapt his game plan and tactics. The added competition for starting spots will also push every player to perform at their best, leading to improved overall performance on the pitch.

PSG’s clash against Strasbourg is shaping up to be a crucial one, and the return of Dembele and Doue will undoubtedly change the atmosphere of the game. The team will be looking to maintain their perfect 3-0 home record and extend their winning streak.

Strasbourg will be a tough opponent, but PSG’s strong home form will be a key factor in their favor. Historically, Les Parisiens have never lost to Strasbourg at home, winning their last six encounters and scoring three or more goals in four of the previous five matches, and Enrique will hope that he can keep this record when both sides meet this weekend.
