Marc Cucurella shares his plan to keep Lamine Yamal quiet when Chelsea face Barcelona in the Champions League, promising not to hold back against the young talent.

Marc Cucurella has shared his thoughts on facing Lamine Yamal, Barcelona’s talented young winger, in the upcoming Champions League match at Stamford Bridge.

Cucurella, who plays as a left-back for Chelsea, knows Yamal well from their time together on the international stage. When asked if he would go easy on the 18-year-old sensation, Cucurella jokingly replied, “I won’t hold back there. The good thing is that there’s still a long way to go before the World Cup. If I knock him out, he’ll have plenty of time to recover!”

As one of Chelsea’s most important players, Cucurella has featured in all of the team’s matches this season, providing two assists along the way.

Lamine Yamal is undoubtedly one of the most exciting young talents in world football. Finishing second in the Ballon d’Or race at just 18 years old is a testament to his hard work and natural ability. Chelsea’s defense will need to be at their best to contain Yamal’s pace and skill.

The upcoming match between Chelsea and Barcelona promises to be an exciting encounter, with both teams looking to live up to the expectations in the Champions League

Chelsea’s campaign got off to a rocky start with a loss to Bayern Munich, but the team bounced back with a win over Benfica. With a strong squad and a talented coach in Enzo Maresca, Chelsea will be looking to go deep in the competition.
