Chelsea will begin preparations for the next season with pre-season games against AC Milan and Bayer Leverkusen at Stamford Bridge.
Chelsea have enjoyed a wonderful summer, winning the Club World Cup and showing the world what they are capable of. They were the main highlights of the competition after beating PSG 3-0 in the final.
After the final, Maresca praised the team and their performance, but he quickly added that he was happy they could have three weeks of rest.
The Chelsea squad has been spotted at vacation spots, enjoying their Club World Cup win and summer vacation before coming back to training in the next couple of weeks.

Ahead of the new season, Chelsea will play just two pre-season fixtures, which will be hosted at Stamford Bridge. On the 8th of August, they would face AC Milan before hosting Bayer Leverkusen on the 10th of August.
These games come just before their opening Premier League game against Crystal Palace on the 17th of August. It gives the squad time to get back in sync after a few weeks apart and also get in shape to deal with the rigour of the new season.
