The Europa Conference League team of the season has been officially announced.
The UEFA Europa Conference League has officially ended with Chelsea emerging as Champions on Wednesday, and the team of the season has been announced. Chelsea were the better side in the final and largely, the entire competition as they came from behind to win 4-1.
