Ahead of the first leg of their Conference League tie against Djurgarden, Chelsea will be without goalkeeper Robert Sanchez and forward Christopher Nkunku.

Neither player travelled with the squad that landed in Stockholm on Wednesday ahead of the clash at the 3Arena on Thursday. 

Chelsea will start Jorgensen in goal, who has seen a lot of action in the Conference League. Sanchez is reported to have gotten a knock in the leg after the win against Everton.

His exclusion from the squad is a precaution against the Premier League tie against league champions Liverpool.

The same goes for Nkuku, who picked up a knock in training after the Blues’ 1-0 victory over Everton.

Nkunku, who has been a regular for Chelsea in the Europa Conference League, will miss the semi-final first leg tie. He has only missed one of Chelsea’s Conference League matches, scoring five goals in the first four games of the Conference League
