Jamie Carragher has expressed skepticism about Chelsea’s chances of qualifying for the UEFA Champions League next season.
The former Liverpool defender pointed to Chelsea’s inconsistent performances and lack of cohesion under their current management.
Carragher mentioned the need for a clear strategic direction and significant improvements in form if Chelsea are to secure a top-four finish in the Premier League.
Chelsea, who have experienced a significant dip in form since December, have dropped from being title contenders to top-four hopefuls.
The Blues have lost their grip on the top four with back-to-back draws against Ipswich and Brentford. They have now missed chances to top Nottingham Forest, who have lost back-to-back games, and the Blues now sit sixth behind Manchester City.
