With eight points between Bayern Munich and Borussia Dortmund, the race for the Bundesliga title isn’t over. However, it could be well over or primed for an edgy finish depending on the results from der klassiker.
A few weeks ago, the gap between Borussia Dortmund and Bayern Munich was reduced from 11 points to 5 points. However, a couple of draws for Dortmund have seen Bayern increase their lead to 8 points.
As things stand, Bayern are comfortably ahead in the Bundesliga title race, but they will have more respite if they beat Dortmund to extend the lead to 11 points once again. Bayern will be expecting their front three of Olise, Diaz, and Kane, who all have double digits in terms of goal and assists, to power them to another victory.
