Borussia Dortmund is planning to offload at least three players this summer.

The players include Niklas Süle and Salih Özcan, whose contracts won’t be renewed, and Pascal Groß, who’s also expected to leave. Süle, who joined Dortmund from Bayern Munich in 2022, hasn’t met expectations and earns €14 million annually. Groß, 34, can’t keep up with the Bundesliga pace.

On the other hand, Julian Brandt is likely staying, with contract talks planned for January. Emre Can’s future is uncertain due to adductor issues and a tricky contract extension option. Dortmund wants to keep Can and Brandt, with negotiations expected to finalize in early 2026.

Nico Schlotterbeck and Karim Adeyemi’s contract negotiations are stalled, but Dortmund wants to keep them.
