Bayern Munich has reportedly decided not to make any signings in the winter transfer window.
Bayern Munich is set to remain quiet in the winter transfer window, with no plans to bring in new players. The German champions are prioritising their summer transfer window instead, where they hope to strengthen their squad.
The club is open to letting Sacha Boey leave, but he won’t be replaced this winter. With Dayot Upamecano and Kim Min-jae’s futures uncertain, Bayern has identified Liverpool’s Ibrahima Konaté and Crystal Palace’s Marc Guéhi as possible replacements, who will be available as free agents in the summer.
Bayern is also looking to strengthen up front, considering Franculino Djú (Midtjylland) and Dusan Vlahovic (Juventus), with the latter also out of contract in summer 2026. The club is unlikely to trigger Chelsea loanee Nicolas Jackson’s €65 million release clause.
Raphael Guerreiro’s contract expires at the end of the season, and Bayern is monitoring Alex Grimaldo from Bayer Leverkusen as a potential replacement. Grimaldo’s contract runs through June 2027, making him an attractive option.
