Bayern Munich has reached an agreement with Chelsea striker Nicolas Jackson on personal terms for a potential loan move, with talks now set to begin with the Premier League club.

Bayern Munich are stepping up efforts to reinforce its attack by targeting Chelsea striker Nicolas Jackson. The Bundesliga champions have reportedly reached an agreement with Jackson on personal terms for a loan move, and now the focus shifts to negotiations with Chelsea.

Jackson’s future at Stamford Bridge has been uncertain this summer, with the Senegalese forward slipping down the pecking order under manager Enzo Maresca.

The arrival of new forwards, including Joao Pedro and Liam Delap, has further reduced Jackson’s chances of playing regularly at Chelsea.

As a result, Jackson is considering a move away from the London club, and Bayern Munich’s interest has provided him with a potential exit route. The German giants are now set to engage in discussions with Chelsea to explore a loan deal.

Chelsea has reportedly valued Jackson at £70 million ($94m), a price tag that has deterred several European clubs, including Arsenal and Aston Villa, from pursuing him. However, a loan deal might be more feasible for Bayern Munich, allowing them to bolster their attack without committing to a permanent transfer.

If the deal goes through, Jackson would join a team that has dominated German football for years, providing him with a chance to compete at the highest level.

Chelsea’s interest in signing Xavi Simons from RB Leipzig this summer is another factor that could influence Jackson’s potential departure. The Blues need to secure player exits to fund new signings, making Jackson’s loan move to Bayern Munich a possibility worth monitoring closely.
