Arteta spoke to the media ahead of Arsenal’s clash trip to Burnley, providing updates on the team.

Arsenal visit Burnley and they are heavy favourites to win as they enter November having won all six of their games in the previous month, having conceded a total of zero goals. A record that makes history and is a first for an English top-flight club.

Arteta provided updates on both William Saliba and Gabriel Martinelli, who both missed the game against Brighton in midweek due to knocks sustained in the last league match.

Arteta explained that Martinelli still remains a doubt for the Burnley game but Saliba will be assessed before the game to determine if he will start or not.

He also mentioned that long-term absentees like Madueke, Havertz and Gabriel Jesus will be close to joining the team after the international break.

On the title race, Arteta added that the pressure is increasing as rivals now have more players which would enable them compete but he believes that if Arsenal continue to take it one game at a time, the pressure would be less.
