Arsenal and Liverpool players dominated the PFA Premier League team of the year list.

The Professional Footballers’ Association (PFA) has released its annual Premier League team of the year list, and it was dominated by Liverpool and Arsenal players.

The biggest prize of the night, the PFA Premier League player of the year, was taken home by Liverpool winger Mohammed Salah, who had an incredible campaign in the 2024/25 Premier League season.

Salah also registered a spot in the team of the year, and he was joined by Liverpool teammates Virgil Van Dijk, Ryan Gravenberch, and Alexis Mac Allister. Liverpool’s new boy, Milos Kerkez, also secured a spot on the team.

Arsenal, on the other hand, were represented by defensive duo William Saliba and Gabriel Magalhaes, and midfield engine Declan Rice.

Matz Sels and Chris Wood took up the goalkeeping and striking positions after remarkable outings last season. Sels won the Premier League Golden Glove award after securing 13 clean sheets, while Wood recorded 20 goals and 3 assists last season. Newcastle’s Alexander Isak completed the team of the season.
