Inter Milan take on Ajax in their opening fixture of the UEFA Champions League after a gruelling 4-3 loss to Juventus.
After suffering that loss to Juventus, Inter Milan has now lost two back-to-back games, and they will be looking to turn things around when they face Ajax in the Champions League.
While fans complained about Yann Sommer’s performance in the loss to Juventus, he looks set to continue in goal. However, Davide Frattesi is expected to replace Nicolò Barella in the midfield. Matteo Darmian is the only unavailable player for the Serie A giants, as Lautaro Martinez trained separately yesterday despite suffering from back pain in their previous game.
If Lautaro doesn’t start, Cristhian Chivu might likely start Francesco Pio Esposito and Marcus Thuram in attack.
